I rented a car with this company in Chicago for $210 3 days. The car company, named Fox who is a known company said to me that if I am late there will be a charge of 25$ per day.
I was late a day. but when I returned the car they kept the $150.00 on hold funds and didn't return my hold money back.
This is very wrong and considered as fraud.
From now on not only I do not trust EASYCARCOMPANY, I will not trust Fox company as well, they are both thieves and in fraudulent business. I hope everyone see this action and don't trust them.

J'ai loué une voiture avec Easycar du 22/08 au 25/08 sous la réservation N ES81941****.
J'ai été débité pour la caution d'un montant de 1 524.
A ce jour, la caution rendue est de 1 496.
Il y a donc un différentiel de 28 .
=> Pourriez-vous m'indiquer la raison ?

No ability to rent a car
Our card wasnt accepted. We need a refund.
Nowhere was written that we need credit card. I assume its fair to get us a refund because enterprise didnt even accepted our reservation.

Disgusted
had a prearranged car hire agreement with easy car rental in Orlando Florida. arrived slightly later in Orlando, only minutes then proceeded to wait 2 hours at passport control owing to congestion.
when we eventually arrived at the car rental office we had more queues, which took another 2 hours, only to be told they never had a car for us, but they would transport us back to the airport and we would receive a car from Advantage car hire. We took it for granted that easy car hire had contacted Advantage but once we were able to speak to a representative this was not the case. So I had to pay a new rental agrrement which was considerably more than our first and the Rep at Advantage told us there would be no problems claiming back from easy car hire. Well this has proved to be not the case and I am still trying to get some sort of compensation, easy car rental saying that because we never picked up the car at the appointed time we are in breach of contract.
Surely if flights are delayed or there are delays in the airport this cant be the case, otherwise people would stop booking car hire. To say I am raging is an understatement

The company refused to give back a deposit paid for car rental. Excuse after excuse over the months.
The deposit was for £400. The lady called Donna William pretends to be just the manager, she owns the company. I was told the money would be in my account, nothing happened.
Sending by western union, nothing again. Do not hire a car from these crooks.
